Terms & Conditions of Alivision

At Alivision, we create and deliver original artworks that carry meaning, emotion, and story. Our goal is to provide a fair, respectful, and transparent experience for every customer. These terms outline the conditions of sale, payment, cancellations, and responsibilities.

  • 1) Payment and Reservation:
    • All artworks are priced as marked; prices are fixed and non-negotiable.
    • Customers may pay:
      • Online via bank transfer to reserve an artwork, or
      • In person at the time of pickup.
    • Full payment is required before an artwork is released or delivered.
    • Once payment is received or a reservation is confirmed, the customer is expected to collect or receive the artwork within five (5) business days.
  • 2) Reservation and Change of Mind Policy:
    • When a customer requests to reserve an artwork, Alivision will mark it as "on hold" and not offer it to others.
    • If the customer changes their mind before payment/delivery and cancels the reservation:
      • A 10% cancellation fee (based on the artwork’s price) will be charged or deducted from any prepaid amount.
    • This ensures fairness to both artists and other interested clients.
  • 3) Cancellations and Returns:
    • All sales are final. Due to the unique nature of each artwork, returns, refunds, or exchanges are not available.
    • Customers are encouraged to make informed decisions before confirming a purchase or reservation.
  • 4) Liability and Care:
    • Alivision ensures all artworks are carefully packaged and handled for pickup or delivery.
    • If damage occurs before or during delivery due to Alivision or our courier, we will arrange repair or replacement.
    • Once picked up or delivered, responsibility for the artwork transfers to the customer.
  • 5) Ethical Values and Conduct:
    • We value respect, creativity, and integrity.
    • By purchasing from Alivision, customers agree to engage respectfully with our work and artists.
    • We may decline transactions that conflict with these values.
  • 6) Governing Law:
    • These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
    • Alivision may update these terms at any time. Please review them periodically.
